Is perfume safe for dogs?
Using human perfume on dogs is not recommended as they contain ingredients that are harmful to them. Dogs have a sensitive sense of smell and are likely to react adversely to the strong scents found in human perfumes. Some of the chemicals found in human fragrances can cause skin irritation and other health issues for dogs.

To keep your dog smelling fresh and clean it is important to use a gentle dog perfume that has been specifically formulated for dogs, is safe for their use, and is non-irritating. HARLOW HARRY Pet Parfum is formulated by an experienced manufacturing team and designed to be gentle on noses and safe for use on sensitive souls.

Do dogs like perfume?

Is your parfum pH balanced for dogs?
Yes, our parfum has been specially formulated for your beloved dog and is:

How do I apply the product to my dog?
We always recommend a patch test to make sure your dog doesn’t have a reaction to the parfum. Harlow has particularly sensitive skin and doesn’t react to the products, in fact she loves them! Spray the parfum approximately 20cm from your dog and either rub through their fur, or leave as initially applied.

What do the “notes” of the parfums tell us?
“Notes” are the layers which make up a complete parfum. The intricate and precise combination of these notes is integral to achieving a complex and intriguing parfum. 
Top notes: top notes are the first thing we smell when we spray a parfum – they are a brief encounter, however stimulate our fragrance palate for what’s to come. 
Heart notes: once top notes begin to fade, heart notes begin to shine through – they form the body of a complete fragrance and are much longer lasting than top notes.
Base notes: base notes are the last scent to appear after a parfum is sprayed – they complement heart and top notes, providing depth and richness to a complex parfum.

Why is the colour of my product slightly different to the product pictured on your website?
Please note that our products may vary slightly in colour from those pictured on our website. We strive to ensure consistency in our products, but due to natural variations in ingredients and production processes, there may be slight differences in colour between batches.

Where should I store my pet parfum?
To extend the life of your Pet Parfum, we recommend storage in a dark room out of direct heat. Please note the fragrance colour may fade over time if left in direct sunlight.

Why does the product bubble when shaken?
Unlike a lot of human fragrances we have kept our ingredients at a minimum, and have ensured those used are safe for use on your dog.

Which of my pets can I use your products on?
Our products have been developed for use on dogs.

No, our conditioning pet shampoo has been specially formulated to:

What ingredients are in your 2-in-1 Conditioning Pet Shampoo?
Water (Aqua), Sodium C12-14 Olefin Sulfonate, Lauroyl/Myristoyl Methyl Glucamide (and) Coco-Betaine, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Cator Oil, Coco-Glucoside, Glyceryl Oleate, Panthenol, Fragrance, Hydrolysed Soy Protein, Sodium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate.

Yes, a portion from every sale is donated to Pound Paws. They are a charity focussed on re-homing all types of animals in Australian pounds and rescue centres. A cause we are very passionate about. You can find out more at www.poundpaws.com.au

If your discount code doesn't activate, it may be for one of the following reasons:
You've already used the code, you're trying to apply the code to a sale or ineligible item, or the code has been entered incorrectly.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $88 (within Australia only). Standard shipping within Australia is $7.95 per order. Express shipping is available at $15.95 and can be selected at check out.

Standard shipping to New Zealand is AU$14.95 and will take 3-7 business days for delivery. 

Please note all deliveries have an automatic authority to leave and HARLOW HARRY is not liable in instances of non-delivery or theft.

How quickly will my order be processed?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of receiving it to ensure your delivery arrives as soon as possible.

How long until I can expect my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 24 hours at our Sydney warehouse and will then take between 1-5 business days to arrive, dependant on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Order processing and shipping times may vary (particularly over peak periods such as Black Friday) and HARLOW HARRY does not take responsibility for shipping delays. Next business day delivery does not apply on public holidays or weekends.    

What happens if I order an item that's on pre-order?
When you order an item that's currently on pre-order, we reserve it especially for you. To ensure all your items arrive together, your entire order will be shipped once your pre-ordered item becomes available. This means you'll receive everything in one convenient delivery, rather than multiple shipments. We appreciate your patience and promise it will be worth the wait!

Do you ship Internationally?
Standard international shipping is available from AU$42 and is calculated at checkout. Our ceramic dog bowls are unavailable for international shipping due to the fragility of the items.

You will be responsible for any duties or taxes from customs within your country.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

We are confident that you’ll love your new products! However if you are not entirely satisfied with products purchased from HARLOW HARRY online, you may return any item within 14 days of purchase in its original, unused condition. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us at hello@harlowharry.com.au.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note we do not accept change-of-mind refunds or exchanges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return.
